The 11th International conference "Issyk Kul 2010: Libraries and democratization of society" will take place on October 1-5, 2010.

The 11th International conference "Issyk Kul 2010: Libraries and democratization of society" will take place on October 1-5, 2010 at "Issyk Kul Aurora" resort on the shore of Issyk Kul Lake.

The main topic of the Conference is: "Regional Innovations in Library and Information Environment".

Conference delegates will have a chance to participate in the open discussion within the framework of workshops and round-tables, to establish professional contacts and to learn the experience of leading professionals from CIS and foreign countries.
