11th International Conference "Issyk Kul 2010: Libraries and Democratization of Society" will take place at the Issyk Kul Lake on October 1-5, 201011th International Conference "Issyk Kul 2010: Libraries and Democratization of Society" will take place at the "Issyk Kul - Aurora" resort at the Issyk Kul Lake on October 1-5, 2010. The main topic of the Conference is "Regional Innovations in Library and Information Environment". Planned organization of sections, round table discussions and presentations on the following topics: - Social Partnership in information Environment;
- Automated Library Systems and ICT;
- Innovation Technology in Library and Information Environment;
- Interlibrary Cooperation and International Collaboration in CIS countries;
- Educational Technology in the Age of Information Society;
- Cooperation of Libraries, publishers and booksellers in CIS countries.
Those wishing to participate in the conference should send the application to the Organizing Committee before September 15, 2010 p (or register online at http://conference.bik.org.kg/ru/registration/), as well as the text of the report (article).
